To address the list of potential damages you are mentioning it is nothing more than a standard hotel registration card that lists exact prices since yes, you are correct, guests do occasionally cause damage such as spills that leave stains, or breaking an item such as in the room you were in. Apologies you did not enjoy any of your stay, but as you stated the manager did approve an early leave without penalty as well as offered you a full cancellation the night of check-in but you opted to stay instead of paying competing properties prices. We do wish you well and hope you enjoyed the rest of the Alaskan tour.

This has been addressed with the hotel manager as full room cleaning service is offered daily, apologies if this didn't occur for you. We do also apologize for warm temperatures, we are working on a solution with the pipe issue occurring. Thank you for staying with us and we wish you wonderful travels.

工作人员很友好。床很舒服，床单看起来干净清新。不过，我觉得我的房间天花板上有黑色霉菌，需要彻底清洁一下。如果能有挂衣服的架子和衣架就更好了。我很喜欢复古的微波炉和迷你冰箱。
停车场噪音很大，房间里太热，而且无法调节温度，浴缸水龙头的旋钮掉了，浴缸和水槽排水很慢，淋浴喷头对着墙，而且无法调节。住宿条件很差，而且价格太贵了！
碰巧有人先帮我办理入住。房间里冷得要命，只有50多度。没有办法调节温度。他们给了我3个插电式取暖器，但都不能用！我没带足够的衣服来抵御这种寒冷，所以就回去退款了。酒店公布的办公时间是上午9点到晚上9点。前台空无一人。我不停地按门铃、敲墙、大声喊叫，还打了两个电话，但都无人接听。我不得不打电话给银行，在卡上设置了止付功能，以免被扣款。我大约中午12点离开酒店，直到晚上7点36分才接到他们的回电。我懒得再打给他们了。
我从来没有遇到过如此糟糕的酒店体验。这是我在酒店遇到过的最差的客户服务。一星都不够。
这家汽车旅馆对我们来说住一晚还可以。它离火车站和邮轮港口都很近。浴室很小，地板很脏，房间整体也很脏。它看起来很旧，维护得也不好。别对那里抱有太高的期望。唯一的优点就是地理位置。
我们预订了两晚，预付了一晚。如果不是预付，我们早就搬走了。结果就是，我们没住第二晚。经理很通情达理，理解我们的处境。我们拿到了一份可能要支付的损坏费用清单，这才发现情况一目了然。墙上有洞，椅子上有污渍，还有各种磨损。不会再去了，也不会推荐。比睡帐篷好，但也好不到哪儿去。
没有工作人员办理入住。房子看起来像个施工现场，墙上有洞，暖气坏了。电视也坏了。不推荐。
热水供应不稳定，床很不舒服。
工作人员很努力，但酒店很糟糕。管道问题需要 24/7 全天候供暖，否则无法提供热水。不干净，要求清洗浴缸时也没有清洗。我们在那里住了一个星期，除了我要求换毛巾外，没有其他服务。酒店需要进行大规模维护和投资。
