丹顿最差的酒店……千万别订！

这家酒店简直就是个骗局，他们的这种不正当手段让我非常愤怒！我通过一个后来才发现是诈骗的第三方网站订了房间。我一发现问题——实际上，预订后不到10分钟——就直接联系了酒店取消预订并要求退款。尽管我解释了情况并提供了诈骗的证据，他们还是断然拒绝退款，声称他们的“政策”不允许取消预订，即使是诈骗预订也不行！

蟑螂盛宴

“蟑螂天堂”——在伍德斯普林-丹顿酒店住了三晚。第一天就看到一只蟑螂，并向前台报告了（前台接待员说她会告诉经理）。我问他们有没有杀虫剂，被告知没有。既然知道有蟑螂，这在我看来很不合逻辑。之后又有几只蟑螂出现了。第二天早上，我跟经理确认了这件事，他把这件事记在了账簿上，并表示当天会有害虫防治人员过来。我又问了另一位接待员要杀虫剂……她给了我一罐（嗯……很奇怪，因为前一天他们说没有）。我喷了房间。害虫防治人员直到第二天早上8点20分才来。他们喷了药，蟑螂盛宴开始了……因为杀虫剂把更多的蟑螂从藏身之处赶了出来。那段时间真是令人提心吊胆……最惊险的一幕是，那天晚上我们睡觉的时候，一只蟑螂爬到了我们其中一人身上。我摇摇头，无奈地举起了双手。

Typical of low-priced rooms - lots of folks wandering around smoking and chattering and getting high. But it was clean and affordable and didn’t feel unsafe or anything.

My experience at WoodSpring Suites was very disappointing. The manager displayed a poor attitude and was dismissive when I raised concerns, which set a negative tone for the stay. Staff also knocked on my door and woke me up without reason, which was disruptive and unprofessional. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get proper rest. Guests frequently smoke right in front of the entrance, forcing you to walk through clouds of smoke just to get inside the building, which is unpleasant and unhealthy. On top of this, the room was not thoroughly cleaned, and the overall environment did not feel welcoming. For the price, the level of service and comfort fell far below expectations. I cannot recommend this hotel and will not be staying again.

The staff was polite. The manager/owner was professional and extremely helpful. Good guy. Room was clean and bigger than we expected. On-site actual laundromat, app controlled.

The whole experience was terrible. I did not end up staying here because the staff was too rude. I was hung up on multiple times. They're "manager" had no customer service skills. Whatsoever, you could clearly hear the fact that she hated her job in her voice.
