What a lovely quirky boutique hotel, right on the sea front in Parga. The owner Demetrius was simply the best host you could wish for and nothing was too much trouble. We had a superb sea view from our balcony. Although our room was compact it had all the facilities you would expect including a small kitchenette plus it was spotless. The outside terraces were very pretty with lots of potted plants, where we dined for breakfast. The continental breakfasts were plentiful and varied plus they served delicious omelettes & fried eggs to order. The exterior walls were painted a striking red/pink colour trimmed with yellow, easy to spot from all over the bay. The only negative was the resort was winding down ahead of winter so we plan to return hopefully in May next year before it gets too hot and too busy. I would highly recommend this hotel to others

Our second visit. Lovely hotel overlooking the harbour in beautiful Parga. We've stayed in a number of hotels having been to Parga 8 times and this is the best. It's probably the nearest hotel to the front. The rooms are cosy with a balcony overlooking the harbour, a comfy bed, safe, TV, shower, air conditioning, fridge and kettle. The breakfast is fantastic with a choice of cheeses, cereals, sausages, meat, fruit or freshly cooked eggs and omelette. The host Demitris is very pleasant and helpful. He also owns the best restaurant Sakis which is near the castle. We went with a Jet2 package last year but booked direct this year. We go to Valtos beach most days on the water taxi.

What a beautiful hotel would definitely recom an upgrade to a sea view room. Rooms very clean and spacious with a little kitchen area and large fridge. Cold breakfast and they will make you an omelet if required. Staff very friendly. There are a few steps into town or you can walk along the road if you wanted to avoid the steps

A Perfect Stay – Highly Recommended! We stayed 8 nights with our family and had an amazing experience. Everything was truly perfect. The breakfast was delicious, and having it on the patio with a stunning view was a beautiful way to start each day. The location couldn't be better—just a few steps from the main street, full of great restaurants, shops, and attractions, yet the hotel itself remained quiet and relaxing. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. Our room was cleaned daily, and housekeeping did a great job throughout our stay. One huge plus was the free parking provided by the hotel—it made everything so much easier for us and gave us peace of mind about our car. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

We stayed here for 10 days at the end of June and could not fault it. The view from our balcony on the top floor was the best we’ve ever had- it looked out over the bay, the jetty and the fort island as well as up towards the castle. Breakfast was lovely. Lots of fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, cheese, ham and pastries to choose from or freshly cooked omelettes and fried eggs. We ate this on a beautiful terrace which looked out over the bay. Dimitris and Alexandra were amazing hosts, very friendly and helpful. The bedroom and bathroom were spotless. Mattress and pillows really comfortable. Thankfully the air con was excellent and no extra charge either. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Stayed in this wonderful hotel this week and due to return home on Sunday. A central location with easy and quick access to the port and harbour and also to Kanaris Square and beach. Our room was a Superior room with sea view and it did not disappoint. A great view over the port and harbour and the Fort Island. The only better view would be on the top floor (we were on the 2nd top). Alexandra, who seems to run the place, is a top hostess, always making sure her guests are happy. The room itself is quite small but the bed is really comfortable and the bathroom and room itself are spotless. Breakfast caters for all tastes and the food is plentiful. Will definitely stay here again.

Maybe the best boutique hotel in Parga. Staff: Helpful, friendly, professional. Location: Central and quiet. Perhaps the best location in Parga: Beautiful views, just above the harbor and in a short walking distance to the beach. Sparkling clean Spacious, esthetic rooms with a nice balcony and all all amenities needed Wonderful Greek and British breakfast, including eggs made on request, served on a beautiful balcony. Highly recommended

This small family run hotel is outstanding Breath taking spot directly above the harbour where the various boat trips leave from . The beach is a 5 min stroll and lots of cafes bars and restaurants on the doorstep . The breakfast was served fresh every morning by Alexandra who couldn’t do enough for you omelettes, cooked brekky , yogurt , fruit and cold meats and cheeses . Finishing off with a wide selection of pastries and home made preserves to die for. We had a panoramic seaview room which was cleaned daily You have a small kitchenette and fridge in each room which is great too . All in all I can not thank Dimitris and his family for the superb stay The family also own Sakis restaurant which is a 10 min stroll up the hill with top class food and breath taking views over Voltas beach I can not wait to return later in the year Mandy
