I booked this hotel as it was close to work I was in the area for and booked it without looking at reviews. The first few concerned me as detailed ***** left in drawers and the lack of cleanliness. Upon arrival the reception door was locked but a quick phonecall and the door was opened. The reception area was clean and smelt fine, the room was on the ground floor not too far from reception. The room was clean as was the bedding, a slight smell coming from the toilet area but nothing over bearing. Would stay again. This is a very basic hotel so don’t think cos you spend £40 you are going to get the ritz cos you won’t. For a cheap nights sleep it’s fine.

We had two rooms booked. The pillows in both rooms were dirty. We had to ask for new. The room we first got given had several items in the bedside table. These items consisted of two crack pipes with used ***** inside them. A cigarette packet, a razor blade, a screw and several other bits that were used obviously for *****. There was also ash and other residues all in the bedside table. On complaint we were told that the sister hotel staff were coming over to speak with us. Half an hour later the night porter came to move our rooms and offer us a few free breakfasts. Disgusting to say the very least.

When I went hotel was locked with no one in reception. Had to go to next Hilton hotel to get someone to sort my checkin. That guys was so tired he told he was working from last night and no one to cover him. No parking for hotel. 10 pounds for 24 hrs, which is not even written down while booking anywhere. Room was shabby, smells moisture stuck in for long time. I was even having breathing difficulties in the night. I just wanted to escape from there in the morning. I payed 52 and 10 pounds for this crap and will never return back.

Very good hotel could do with a bit of a refresh and clean here and their but the service provided is excellent we need another security door and we need security guards on site 24/7 we also need communal computers and more bins in the communal area but this hotel provides a lot of lovely facilities certainly needs more touch ups and decorating here and their and more involvement with the residents in the community as it can get a bit boring living in here but feel this hotel really cares about its customers and hope it listens to what the customer wants and I think computers in the communal area will complete it the second communal room needs a Nintendo console in it to complete it and having a gym and hotub would complete this hotel I think having a garden of cacti and succulents would make it look brighter theirs certainly a lot of room for improvement but it's a really lovely place to stay I hope my feedback can improve the hotel

We were on our way to cadwell park race track with our track car. We booked in advance. The manager had contacted me earlier told me to give him a call when we're close ,which I did. He came out the hotel and had arranged a parking place for the 4x4,trailer with track car on. Now that's service for you. Then when we checked in he also booked a table for dinner at the Hampton for us .Great service really appreciated many thanks.

Excellent value for money , easy to find just follow signs to the airport if travelling by car , plenty of parking , staff are fantastic, was greeted at reception by Alan who couldn't do enough to make you feel welcomed , and to ensure you enjoyed your stay ,room was clean , bed was comfortable, and was quite, I had a great nights sleep , my one and only issue which is not a complaint just a heads up to any other large person and I am very large the shower cubicle is not big enough for xxxxl sized people , but then I should have asked in advance so my problem not the hotels , would most definitely recommend this hotel
