The check in process was extremely smooth and the agent was very friendly! During our stay, we regularly saw staff doing minor cleanup (mud tracked in, etc), staffing the evening kick-back and breakfast, including keeping the food refreshed and full. The room was clean and comfortable. It was a wonderful, although brief, stay.

Perfect location right off Hwy 55. Very clean, comfortable and quiet room. Friendly and helpful staff. Great amenities as well.

The room (king suite) was spacious, comfortable and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Elevators have been malfunctioning since our last visit in August. The night clerk kept us waiting outside for over five minutes before we were allowed into the building for check-in (11:05-11:20pm). And PLEASE move the smoking area AWAY from the side doors!
This is the best pet-friendly hotel we’ve found in the area. However, they need to do some maintenance.

One night I had to park in the back of hotel and it was hard to get in. I am a single lady. Don't like that. Otherwise everything was great.

Someone tryed getting in our room at 9 am. They had a keycard but i had the metal lached but when we went to look housekeeping was at the other end of hall and a white women with blond hair and wearing a pink top was walking down the hall from our room. Other than that it everything else was great.
