The hotel is set back behind a boarded up building, which gave a poor impression. The duplex room was spacious and nice, however we dared to ask about towels after not seeing any on the beds, in the cupboards or on bathroom hooks after our tiring journey. A blond French speaking woman arrived and went to check the bathroom, then very aggressively told me several times I should look when I arrive in a room 'il faut voir! Il faut voir!' Still none the wiser I asked her where they were and she told me above the wash basin. Yes, they were there on a very high shelf I could barely reach. I was upset all evening after being spoken to so rudely. Everyone else was pleasant. I wouldn't return.

Loved it here, very friendly & helpful staff. Needs update on appliances but i am overall happy with their service
