One Thursday evening (10/11/2022) in a restaurant, my girlfriend ordered a steak, she asked for a well-done steak, but to our surprise she got ... hmm, let's consider it medium rare, but mistakes happen, so the kitchen proposed a new one with a waiting time of 25-30 minutes be the same fried. The cook obviously does not specialize in this kind of food and needs a long time to improve his skills. If he came up with the initiative to solve this situation in such a way and still couldn't do it, then perhaps something is wrong here? I suggest removing this item from the card. A big + for the waiter, he showed a professional approach and a lot of patience for the kitchen. We are posting the opinion again because the previous one has been hidden and it is not a professional approach.

Booked a room listing air conditioning, then was given a room with no AC during peak summer. Complained but was told the hotel had no AC; yet the next day we were told it does have AC but no room with AC was available.
The information given by reception was therefore misleading, and we should have been given a discount to reflect the reduced facilities. The ******* listing is also misleading.
