The staff was fine. It was Thanksgiving a week and housekeeping had a few days off, so the rooms are not clean on a daily basis.

Everything related to our stay here was great until I needed assistance with additional towels and toilet paper in our room and had to ask the gal working the front desk on the second night we were there. It was a Friday and her nametag said "Manager" which was alarming because she was extremely rude and condescending when I went up there with my 3 kids in tow. Her name is Tracy and again her nametag said "manager." When we walked away, I was visibly frustrated and my daughter noticed and spoke up, not ok that children even noticed her lack of customer service and rudeness. Literally everyone else was wonderful. Just the manager Tracy was very rude and could use some training in customer service. When I mentioned it at check out, none of the amazing staff seemed to be surprised at her behavior. Something should be done about this for sure! I wish I could do more than just write a review so nobody else has to be made to feel like an inconvenience. Thank you.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. There were big dispensers of shampoo, conditioner, and body gel in the shower. A nice place to stay.

Room wasnt clean, no towels and despite asking was only given 2, they had a filthy plunger in a trash bag in the bathroom but werent concerned to pick it up all weekend, pool needed cleaned and hot tub dirty foam on top of the water, the older female at the front desk was rude to check in and when closing the pool area yelling at everyone it was closed get out... couldve been handled way better...breakfast and older gentleman serving very good!

房间没打扫，毛巾没换，垃圾两天都没人倒了。自动售货机不收现金。地板角落和难以触及的地方都很脏。浴室里没有放牙刷、肥皂或其他任何东西的储物空间。就连套房也没打扫。总而言之，这个价格我绝对不推荐……
