Great room-with a nice big jacuzzi tub. Access to a shared kitchen with snacks. Snacks and water in the room. Loved walking over to the restaurant to order the breakfast I wanted and it was really good-very fresh! We enjoyed dessert there the night before-lots of yummy options.

We spent three nights in the Sweetgrass at the beginning of our round trip and it was 100% the right place to be for us. The bathroom and the bedroom were big, the bed was just right and the two chairs outside next to the front door were so chilly with some cold drinks in our hands. Andrea and her team made the stay very comfortable for us. Breakfast was the best start into the day: order a la carte in the Shipwreck restaurant but included in the room's rate. It was an awesome stay and thank you for having us :)

This place is a gem! Owners are wonderful. Food and beverages in on site restaurant is amazing. The Relax room is adorable. The bed and sheets were very comfortable. The room was well appointed. We will stay there again!

A great Bed and Breakfast just off a main road but far enough to feel we were out in the country. Andrea and Adam were great! They treated us like friends or family from the moment we got there. The adjoining restaurant had fantastic food with choices for anyone. The room was good sized and comfortable. There were several options for breakfast and those we chose were both delicious. My only regret is that we didn’t have more time. But we will be back!

Great B & B !! Clean Rooms, very personized, showed room and made sure everything was perfect! They have a common room with water, ice, coffee, shared refrigerator, snacks, comfortable seating area, etc. they have a restaurant bar and grill, entertainment, great food, and the free full breakfast off their menu. Owners and staff were great to meet and made you fell very welcomed. Highly recommend! Bob R

A most wonderful stay with Andrea & Adam at Sweetgrass. They are down to earth and super-friendly; and dang it if they don't serve the BEST steak tips and eggs ever!!! The room was clean, cozy and comfortable. We were in need of nothing while there. They are new owners that took over a little over a year ago and are making everything about the place better. Breakfast is in the restaurant that is part of the property and it was all good and plentiful. There was bottled water in the mini fridge and snacks in the room. The area is quiet with a parking lot just for the guests at the inn. Less than a 30 minute drive to Mt. Rushmore. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

The Sweetgrass Inn was the perfect lodging for our South Dakota visit. Just outside Rapid City in a peaceful location, it was close to Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Custer Park, and Devils Tower. The room was large and comfortable. The breakfast in the adjoining restaurant was excellent. There was a common area with snacks and drinks. An excellent choice in the Rapid City area.
