Therefore, we cannot expect large glazed areas like in today's new buildings. Under the supervision of heritage officials during the reconstruction, the hotel preserved the genius loci corresponding to the atmosphere of the Jewish city. We are happy to show guests the history of the hotel buildings, including the mikveh (Jewish ritual bath) from 1629 to 1699. Of course, there is another side to what you describe. In this case, we have also thoroughly checked your situation regarding noise in the evening. As everywhere else, every room here also connects to a corridor or, in the case of your room, to a terrace where other hotel guests pass by (the entire area is closed to the public). This can be seen in the nice photos you took. The last group of guests passed by your room at 9:20 PM and two guests from this group remained sitting and quietly drinking beer (not loudly at all) for another 10 minutes until 9:30 PM. Since then, no one has been seen next to your room or on other terraces in the hotel area. If someone was there, the outdoor lighting from motion sensors would be on because it was getting dark. Therefore, if social interaction is undesirable for you, please inform the reception when booking and we will find you a room that will suit you and meet your requirements. You posted the same review on Google under the name “Sicka.P.An” and from the time series through the accommodation portal it is clear that you are also the author of the review posted on Google under the name “Aaliyah Basm-ah”. 酒店回复: We are very sorry for this review, but there are some things we simply cannot influence – just like the feelings of this guest. We will not comment on matters that cannot be objectively verified in retrospect, but the statement that " The accommodation is in the hill, almost behind the town " is outright false (just like the other complaints). The hotel is in the middle of the Jewish quarter in the city center – anyone can verify this on Google Maps. The fact that all the sights in the center are nearby is our main advantage compared to other hotels in the area. The informative value of the other information in the review is similar. It gives the impression that this person wants to harm us. We will be grateful for the stimulating comments of our guests, which have a rational basis and are not guided by malicious intent.
