Beautiful and cozy little hotel in an old building. My room was comfortable, spacious, and I had a huge balcony facing the mountains. I found the location very good, and service very friendly and helpful.

The young lady at reception was very friendly and check-in was smooth and easy. Also the room was spotless including a bathroom so clean it looked brand new. I would highly recommend staying here

We have stayed in this boutique hotel on several occasions and just returned from another lovely holiday. The family and staff have been wonderfully welcoming, helpful and friendly. The location is excellent, with ski lift nearby. Super breakfast is provided. One of our group was injured and the family were exceptionally helpful, provided a home from home experience.

There was no air condition in our room. That was a disappointment for us, since there were few hot days during our visit.

Beautiful clean pretty place. Owners can not do enough for you. Fab location for ski, shop, apres. Im a fussy pillow/bed person and they accomodated all my requests. Gem in bad gastein. Loved it. Perfect x

This is a small and very pleasant hotel. The staff were friendly and competent. They were young women from Belarus and Ukraine, communicating in English or German as needed. The room was clean. The bed was fairly comfortable. There was a chair and worktable so that I could get work done if I wanted. The lighting in the room was a bit dim for writing or reading. The curtains were “blackout” curtains, so that almost no light came in and I could sleep late. I had a balcony with a mountain view. The main road and rail line are close, but noise was not a problem. Breakfast was good, though the only fresh fruits were apples and on some days peaches. The staff is not there all the time. I knew that I would arrive late and they emailed me a code for late evening access, which worked fine. The location is great – 5 minutes level walk to the railway station, 3 minutes walk to the nearest bus stop, 3 minutes walk to the supermarket.
