I reserved a king bed non-smoking, the entire non-smoking floor smelled like cigarette smoke!
My room was not a king bed!!
It felt more like a double sized bed.
My boyfriend is 6 foot six. That is why we needed a king bed.
We were practically sleeping on top of each other and his feet nearlyhanging off the end of the bed!
The TV was messed up. Had to call the front desk using our cell phone.
The room phone would not dial down to the front desk?!
The refrigerator was not plugged in, so it was not cold! We brought food in and just hoped that it would cool down quickly.
Also, the hallway that smelled like cigarette smoke was also hot in temperature.
I definitely overpaid for what we got especially since we didn’t get a king bed!
We will not stay there again!

Mismatched old furniture. Bed did not even have a headboard and was pushed against the wall. Horrible patch work on walls and doors. Water smelled terrible.

The man managing the property was rude and unwelcoming and also was obviously on some kind of substance as his behavior was odd and unsettling. He was acting awkward towards my 12 year old autistic son and staring at him in a way that made me and my son very uncomfortable

I tried to cancel this reservation and u asked for money to cancel. Lesson learned. Will never use u again. Shame on u!

酒店回复: Guest called motel 4 days prior to reservation to cancel. We told her she needed to call ******* as we are unable to change the reservation. She said ******* took forever to respond with long wait and then could not cancel. WE did not charge her card as only ******* has that info so charges to her card were made by *******.

Disappointed
First of all when we got there, we only wanted to stay for two nights, but you guys charge me for three and my daughter wanted to go swimming and the pool was not up and running so we had no pool and that’s one of the reason we stayed there because they had a pool They had no phones in the room so you couldn’t call the desk.

Overall it's what you would expect from a cheap motel, except if not in the lobby or your room the hallways were extremely stuffy no moving air at all. Also the refrigerator wasn't plugged it nor did the cord reach the outlet.

Terrible customer service worse than I’ve ever had! Beds were terribly uncomfortable, the most flat pillows I’ve ever seen and the walls are paper thin. These people are so rude. I cannot believe they even have a business. They threw my credit card at me and told me I could go somewhere else. And then when I called them back a couple days after to ask them for a detailed receipt they said they didn’t have a computer system to do that! What in the world! Then they hung up on me when I was trying to question them about it.

When I got checked into my room, I found out the air conditioner fan wasn't working. I went back down to the front desk. They immediately found me a new room (upgraded at no extra cost). The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There is not an elevator so that's a negative but I made it. Some great antique shops that are right there.

酒店回复: We have several wifi connections and have not had issues with our service so this appears to be guest related issue and not our service provider. No one recalls this guest getting the password or asking for help with connection.
