We stayed here for one night and it was a wonderful experience. The owner/manager was very nice and helpful. The room was exceptionally clean. And the beds were sooo comfortable. The breakfast was very nice, sausage,gravy,biscuits, eggs, cereal,muffins, waffles,juice, and the best coffee. The hotel is under renovation but don’t let that stop you from staying there. There was no noise or inconvenience because of the renovations. And a big thank you to Shelly. She’s the best to come to your aid if you need anything and a very thorough housekeeper

It was overall a great stay. The hottub was a little broken and sometimes it took longer to check in than it has in the past. The breakfast attendants did an amazing job and offered great service.

We booked two rooms with two adults and 3 children, it listed the children’s ages at the time so I thought that would put us in an adjoining room situation. Nope. The staff was cold and the hotel was a mess, construction everywhere. I would not stay here again, unfortunately this used to be a favorite spot for our family.

Good for a small town
The hotel is pretty good, for a small town. There was almost never anyone at the reception desk. I always saw people there waiting for someone to show up when they needed help. The breakfast was okay, but did not have a ton of variety, there was a spot for fruit but there was never any fruit in it which was disappointing. The pool and hot tub were nice, but my kids were sad it was getting refilled the first night, so we didn’t get to swim that day. The rooms were clean and comfortable though.
