Lovely staff. Helpful and friendly. Room lovely ! We only stayed one night but the coffee and breakfast was good after 3 nights of Ibis hotels on the way from Spain..this was bliss! Centrally located near shops and harbour . Ideal 🤗 ok it was on the dear side but it is August and everywhere is pretty booked up plus it’s a tourist hotspot. We were satisfied with the cleanliness and facilities for an overnight stay .

We have just spent a couple of nights at this hotel. We were three persons in one room. Their location is the very central, and the staff is very helpful and nice. The beds are comfortable. The downside of this hotel is that you hear everything going on outside, especially cars driving fast at nights. My problem with our hotel room was that it was quite dark. It only had one window on the side, and outside this window was a huge tree that blocked much of the sunlight. I would have preferred more daylight into the room . Also, the bathroom is quite small, and not too much light in there either, but it works for a couple of nights. It’s a three star hotel, and I think it delivers on that.

Hotel Petit was the 8th place my family stayed in Denmark and it was by far, the worst. The location was perfect: walking distance to downtown. The breakfast was good. Not as good as the other hotels, but it had a variety to cover everyone’s needs. The bad… no drawers for clothing. A wardrobe with five hangers is not enough for a family of three to unpack. We traveled for 3 weeks and didn’t have much but we had to live out of suitcases. We asked for tissues and were handed a travel pack with 5. The toilet paper is from 1982- single ply individual sheets no bigger than tissues. I literally remember these from a side of the highway motel in the early 80s. The shower drain did not recess so the whole bathroom was drenched. No fan. Every other hotel provided a fan as air con is uncommon. Windows open to the parking lot so no privacy. No mini fridge unless you carried it and it was minuscule. No clean towels brought to the room. It felt like an overpriced hostel, especially since we had so many other locations to compare it to where we got a lot more for the same price or less. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

酒店回复: Thank you for letting us know about your experience, it is very important for us to know where to focus in order to improve, and to meet our customer expectations, especially because we could have solved most of the problems you met if you had contacted us while at the hotel. We understand that you were out on a long tour, visiting many destinations, and you probably carried more luggage than our guests normally do. We are very sorry that the chest in your room was too small to fit your luggage, and that you didn’t like the location of your room at the ground floor, with direct access from the inner yard. Had you mentioned it during your stay, we could have offered to move you to another room of the same or higher category, depending on the ones available at the time of your stay. We don’t provide tissues as a standard, but they are available on request. When you asked for tissues, we thought you just had a temporary need, you could have asked for more. Ref. the fridges, bigger fridges are available in our superior rooms (whose price is higher), but we gladly borrow small fridges to all guests. The same applies to fans. As you remarked, it’s seldom warm in the North of Denmark, and most of our Scandinavian customers enjoy every bit of it, this is why we do not have air conditioning or fans in all rooms, but we indeed have a number of fans available free of charge for the guests who ask for them. Generally, we try to customize the experience for all our guests, giving them what they need, without charging all the other customers for the less requested amenities, in order to keep our prices at a reasonable level. Our hotel enjoys a perfect location in the center of the town, but unfortunately prime locations bear higher costs (e.g. mortgages) and this ultimately reflects on prices. You may think that we were expensive, but our pricing is very competitive compared to hotels with the same location. Had you not visited us in the very high season, you would also have found out that we can offer much lower rates in other periods. You also mentioned your experiences related to our housekeeping service. It is not correct that we don’t take towels to the rooms, but as a matter of fact we only change the towels if the customers ask for it by hanging a sign on the door handle and leave the towels to be changed on the floor. The signs (white for changing the towels, blue for room cleaning) are printed in Danish and English and we lay them on the beds to be sure that customers notice and read them when they access the room. The information is also written in our online guest directory. The rationale is that our staff must not enter the guestrooms without the customers asking for it. We introduced this procedure for safety reasons in Covid times, but we kept it since many of our guests said they liked it for privacy and security reasons. It’s also worth mentioning that should one need additional towels (for example to use at the beach), we can provide addi

We chose this hotel close to the harbour and the Museum of Arts. The room was very nice and in excellent condition. All over the hotel there is Danish Design. The breakfast was perfect in our taste with good bread and also grapefruit. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had many fine walks in the beautiful city of Skagen. The weather was Sunny with a fine breeze - probably ordered by the cunning staff for our visit.

üblich in Skagen).
