Housekeeping have no Time for cleaning up the room. In the morning 11am I told to reception I need new bedclothes. 5pm I ask on reception. No housekeeping is to late. I sleep on Mattress. Terrible

lovely hotel stayed in a new room fantastic air con lovely breakfast and perfect happy staff they even got us a fridge lovely break in a lovely hotel will def be staying again

Room nice and big and having fridge was really useful as husband is diabetic. Hotel and room very clean . Staff very friendly and obliging. Pity no pool but still enjoyed our holiday and was very central for all facilities.. thank you all would definitely consider returning in the future x

We arrived quite late in the evening but had a very smooth check in with a very pleasant receptionist. We had booked a non smoking double room with a balcony but when we opened the door of the room it was obvious the previous occupants had been smoking and there was an ashtray in the room. I went back down to the reception to see what could be done about this and the same receptionist apologised and offered us an upgrade to a suite, I was initially delighted. I don’t really know if it is fair of me to complain but the quality of the suite as I was only paying 75 euros per night for my original room and the suite is available for anywhere between 200-300 euros per night but in my view it is certainly not worth that. The rooms and furnishing were very dated, there were problems with the air conditioning, the shower room had a very spongy floor which was extremely slippery and for some bizarre reason if you required clean towels before you had stayed for 3 days then you had to pay an additional 10 euros,incidentally this is the first hotel I have ever stayed in where if you leave the dirty used towels on the bathroom floor the pick them up and put them back on the towel rails. The outside terrace was filthy with a broken hot tub, birds mess everywhere, broken decking, flower beds full of weeds and no flowers. None of the above were a major issue the real problem came a couple of nights into our stay. My partner had a bad cold and decided to sleep on the sofa bed so that we could both get some peace, this was a big mistake as he was very badly bitten by bed bugs, picture attached. We complained to reception and for the first time they seemed to have difficulty in understanding what we were telling them but we were assured that they would speak to their manager and he would speak to us the next time he was on duty……..we are still waiting to hear from him, he completely ignored us for the rest of our stay. I eventually got the sofa removed from the room after a bit of a struggle and it was left on our terrace for the rest of our stay. I fully understand that the hotel could not necessarily stop an infestation of bugs but not even to get an apology or a kind word from the management seems a bit harsh. We won’t return to this hotel which is a shame as it is reasonably priced and in a fantastic location and though a bit run down has a certain rustic charm and the receptionist was very helpful. If only the manager had taken the time to speak with us things might have been different.

Stayed for a week, room basic but clean a problem with the bathroom door dealt with as soon as we reported it. There was a smell from the drains but opening the windows cleared that, sometimes the water could have been hotter but it was never cold. Great location which at times made it noisy not a problem for us. Staff very helpful and friendly overall a very good hotel, would stay here again

Amazing hotel bang in the centre of Torremolinos, not far to lift down to the beach or steps if feeling energetic. Rooms are of generous size and cover the basics , kettles could be hired at reception. Staff are amazing and will go out of there way to help if they can . Food was amazing too especially for the low cost. Decor was very swish and you can tell has been recently been decorated. Outside seating was a nice sun trap and great place to people watch. Overall brilliant stay ..so good booked to go back in September.

这是我第一次在进入房间后要求退款并带着由此引发的所有问题离开酒店。当我们到达接待处时，他们告诉我们，他们给了我们最好的房间，套房。我们上去发现里面的桌子上满是烟头，床上有一张脏兮兮的白床单，因为有人在那里睡过，浴室里满是尿液，令人作呕，简直丢脸。他们甚至没有向我们道歉，只是接待处的人说他不知道该怎么办。这种类型的机构居然还开张，真是可惜。我从未见过这样的机构。它应该关闭，而且它甚至不属于旅馆的范畴。
地理位置优越，工作人员随时待命...在带露台的房间里，我会在墙上放一条小晾衣绳，用来放泳衣和沙滩毛巾...总体来说价格/质量都很好...一切都可以步行完成，火车站也很方便不到 2 分钟路程
很棒的酒店。位置理想，非常中心，但远离噪音。如果您想在附近寻找海滩，有一部电梯可以让您免去山上的麻烦。附近有很多餐馆和商店。出色的员工关注。
