Staff are terribly rude and unfriendly. They use tonnes of toxic chemicals. Room was awfully smelled by them. If you are allergic or travel with kids avoid this motel at any cost. My mouth and throat were full of chemicals and I vomited in the morning. Every where were dead flies. Customer service is on a low level. We woke up at 4 am because of the flooded room ( not our fault ). The street is very noisey.

Small bathroom, tight fit to use toilet. Staff very pleasant. Youtube and Netflix were not working last two days of stay, informed management, still no result, thought small refund may have been appropriate, haven't seen anything yet.

Excellent Service
After a very unpleasant experience with rude and aggressive moteliers at a different location, we had to find another place to stay at 5pm. We couldn't have asked for a better hostess than Fiona who was very kind and went out of her way to make our stay a pleasant experience..

Booking company has left me out in the cold
Your booking company gave onsite management wrong information/ phone number I had a late check in and phoned ahead to inform them of this but I was left stranded in the cold waiting for someone to arrive as I was unable to receive text message with my check in code to access room

Very friendly service, large sized motel room, and dining options are a short drive away. Place has lots of work tradies staying during the week so it felt more like a men’s accomodation place, however, there were more couples by Friday night.
