All of the staff were excellent. The process of the reservation did not give me the correct result. Not Quality fault- only that expectations were expected. Quality advertises with *******.

We do not believe that our room received adequate housekeeping services. There were M&M's on the floor, and we were not provided with shampoo or soap. I had to request these essential items from the staff. On a positive note, the bed was extremely comfortable.
However, the hot tub requires repainting, as the current paint is peeling off. Unfortunately, the swimming pool was in poor condition, with cloudy and opaque water that made it unusable.
We were pleased to find that the staff was very helpful and pleasant.
