This place is a total dump. I don't know how it has a 4 star rating...it's more like a (minus) -4. No hot water. The room stunk like old clothes. Cockroaches crawling on the walls, running behind the headboard. I checked in at 3am. I left by 6am. I could not comfortably lay down in the nasty place.

We booked a 2 night stay here, but at the last minute our plans changed. I tried to cancel and Travelocity told me to call the property. I called for hours and hours, but the line was continually busy. We arrived in town and went to the hotel several hours before checkin and informed the desk clerk that we needed to cancel. She told me that their phones had been down which was why i couldn't call them. Then, she looked me straight in the eye and said that their policy required we cancel the day before and that she would be registering us as a "NO SHOW" to Travelocity and billing our credit card. Wow, what greed!! During this time, my wife used the lobby restroom and found it disgusting with no towels, no soap and empty beer cans in the trash can. For the next 3 days, i called the hotel and the line was continually busy. I now think that the whole cancellation policy and phone line being dead is part of their scam to rip off people who need to cancel their reservations. Wow!!!

Not bad for a mid century motel. Room was small but I would call it european. Bathroom dated but clean. Needed a light bulb in shower, lampshade for table lamp, and smoke detector hooked up. When we checked in we had to air it out because of the sanitation smell but other than that I would stay again.
