We went for Thanksgiving. We had a couple of hours wait before our reservation. We decided to get a drink but the bar was closed. We had a nice stay but we werent overwhelmed.

Loved the history baked right into the hotel itself. Great recommendations from front desk staff. We appreciate hotel cleaning staff honoring our wishes to not have our room cleaned during our two nights stay — we’re pretty clean and don’t use that many of the complimentary items to need a restock😊. Dinner and breakfast at Scarlet were delicious— also great staff!

My daughter and I spent one night and everything from the room, staff and food was really great. We are going to be staying again.

我们订房的时候明明还有空房……就在起飞前……结果落地后才发现没了……然后,他们大概是出于好意,把我们的预订改到了一家连锁酒店。我们花了整整一个小时联系客服,希望能避免被收取额外费用。结果如何,我们拭目以待。以后再也不会来了!!
我们之前住过这家酒店,也推荐给朋友过。它最大的优点就是地理位置优越。然而,酒店设施已经大不如前——房间非常昏暗,浴室很脏,墙纸也开始脱落,这只是其中三个问题。WiFi信号也不稳定。
办理入住和退房时,工作人员都形同虚设,几乎没有人问过我们入住体验如何。
我们以后不会再向朋友推荐这家酒店了。
房间和我预订的完全不一样。我订的是河畔小型套房,图片上说可以欣赏到密西西比河的景色。结果我住的房间河景很差,我和新婚妻子在床尾看电视的时候,床尾的木板突然断了。后来我们被安排到另一个房间,这个房间在我们原来的房间下面,几乎看不到河景。而且,第二个房间的马桶离洗手池太近了,根本没法站在洗手池前面,马桶挡住了洗手池,简直可以一边拉屎一边刷牙。我预订的房间图片上,浴室里有两个洗手池、一个很漂亮的梳妆台、一个大浴缸和一个独立的淋浴间,马桶和浴缸都隔开。而我们实际住的浴室却小得像个小衣橱。
最多只能算一般,没什么特别的。
这次入住体验总体来说不太满意。房间很小,而且非常吵,厕所和空调一直都在发出很大的噪音。床也很吵,只是翻身都会发出很大的声响。房门很难打开,每次都卡住。
我们很期待去尝试两家餐厅。Scarlett餐厅非常棒,食物美味,从接待员到服务员,服务都是我们体验过最好的!然而,地下室的酒吧却让我们非常失望。点一个简单的汉堡就等了25分钟,其他服务倒是还不错。鸡尾酒和啤酒的选择都不多。
以后不会再来这里住宿了,但如果路过附近,还会再去Scarlett餐厅。
我们提前一年预订了最好的房型:河畔小型套房。网上的照片显示,从窗户望出去就能看到美丽的河景。然而,我们房间的景色却截然不同。一进房间,映入眼帘的就是街对面一个工业仓库(上面还有涂鸦)。想要瞥见河景,唯一的办法就是探身到凸窗外,往右边看。前台接待员——在我们办理入住之前就态度很差——告诉我们房间没错,而且他们也无能为力。这根本不是什么“河畔房”,甚至连“河景房”都算不上,而是“仓库景观房”。我们以前住过雷德温,以后还会再去。但我们绝不会再入住这家价格虚高、名不副实的圣詹姆斯酒店。真希望我能上传房间的照片。简直太糟糕了。
服务差劲
对服务很失望。两次尝试拨打前台电话均未成功。没有关于自动售货机、制冰机等的任何信息。
