Not a bad place to stay short-term. I stayed for 4 nights in February 2025. The staff are decent at the front desk. The bell men are the best. They really take good care of you. The kitchen staff not so good. I asked to have a meal warmed-up; however, the food i requested to be re-heated came back as cold as it went going in. Creating a terrible experience for us. We had to eat our food cold. We ended up ordering another meal to eat something warm. The cleaning service did not come to service our room the second day after our stay. They only cleaned our room once in 4 days. Their location is good, because it's close to restaurants up the block "el bosque" and a spa accross the way.

一次出差。前台服务无可挑剔。早上10点之前就能办理入住，比正常入住时间（12:00-15:00）提前入住，真是太棒了，所以给满分10分。服务友好、迅速、及时。办理入住至少花了5分钟，我们被带进了房间。我们预订了一间双人间。床很宽敞、舒适、柔软，床单也一样，不像其他大多数酒店那样摸起来像纸板。酒店很宽敞，有花园、酒吧和餐厅。工作人员效率很高，一切都很干净。
房间舒适干净。酒店优雅。有电梯，但并非所有房间都有。员工友善，但不太会说英语。早餐不错。餐厅不错，但开胃菜上桌时间太长。
这家美丽的酒店为家庭提供了极佳的住宿体验。工作人员对顾客确实非常友好，总是面带微笑地回应各种要求。早餐不错，很丰盛。房间宽敞，浴室状况非常好。 入口大厅和花园非常宜人。非常物有所值。
