The room was fantastic. I will stay here again. My only complaint is the parking situation. There are a lot of parking spaces and they were all taken. You will likely walk a decent amount to get to your room. Normally I don’t mind because I’m a trail runner and enjoy long distances and suffering. But I had quite a few bags and they were heavy. Next time I’ll bring my wheeled trolley to make it easier. The staff was very friendly and check-in was a breeze. The hotel felt like a bit of a maze, so finding the way out in the morning was interesting. While trying to locate the front desk from my room I found there’s an arcade and a nice workout room. There’s a restaurant, too, and when I checked in there was a baseball game on. Everyone in the restaurant/bar was having a great time. It was very lively. I didn’t get a chance to explore the town; I was merely passing through. But the town looked lovely. There’s an ice age trail parking area nearby, so that will definitely bring me back.

Dining options in concourse should be updated. While food was good didn't see any innovation. Was so looking forward to some escargot/crab and was not on menu although was on online menu.

Front end staff was horrible. Check in process ****** and was unclear on website. Waited 3 hours for a new iron to come to our room while trying to get ready for a wedding and the ironing board was broke. Food ****** at the restaurant. Check out process also was not a good experience because things were not explained at check in.
Grounds were amazing beautiful and welcoming, the staff were not.

Great vacation. Resort is dated but the staff is awesome! Loved the entertainment at night and enjoyed the pool. So lucky 85 degrees at the resort in October …. Awesome! Will definitely repeat during the summer!
