We stayed in a 2 storey duplex apartment to the left of the bar and music system. At 4am the music levels were between 82-87 decibels through the wall. Music was blaring around the pool in the day, you just never got any peace. Perfect for party goers. This hotel is known on the island as ‘a party hotel’ several bar owners referred to it as such. It’s open to the general public and stays open as long as people are drinking. I’ve never had 10 days of feeling so exhausted through lack of sleep. The manager was unapproachable and aggressive in his manner, would not acknowledge our complaint but said he would allow us to swap rooms with our grown up children ( so we could ruin their holiday too ). Beautiful island and beautiful beaches. The locals were such lovely friendly people and the food was 10/10. Just wouldn’t want any other families to experience what we experienced.

Great apartments newly refurbished this year , lovely clean and fresh looking . Lively bar in the evening with karaoke and dj . Our room was on the front and you could hear the music slightly but didn’t bother us . Breakfast was lovely and great value and the staff especially Marcos are all great very helpful and friendly . We didn’t use the pool as we are beach people but it looked nice . Origin is a great location a few minutes to the beach and the main square shops and restaurants and we wouldnt hesitate to return !

What a great place this is, we didn’t arrive until after 1am but were warmly welcomed and taken straight to our room, it was clean a very good size and had everything we needed, the shower was amazing. The pool area is lovely, clean & tidy we always managed to get a sunbed. We were B&B and there was plenty on offer and was really good. The Greek night is good fun definitely give it a go. There is a gym there to use too. Yes the bar is open 24 hours and depending on when you visit can be very busy, but they do shut the doors at midnight, as we were in an apartment on the ground floor next to the gym we didn’t hear it at all. Marco & his team are fabulous they work really hard to make your stay 1st class, we raised a problem with the air conditioning unit leaking before going out for the day and it was sorted before we got back. There was a sink, fridge, kettle, cups & glasses and a hairdryer in the bathroom. The room was cleaned daily and linens and beds changed regularly. This is a great hotel and its location is fabulous would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely fantastic hotel and amazing Staff. We were made to feel so welcome from the minute we stepped out of the taxi. Markos, Andrea, Dimitris and George are the best and can’t do enough for you. Spotless rooms and fab aircon. Gorgeous pool area with lots of loungers. Great position for all of the bars, beach etc. Good food and drinks too. Couldn’t find one fault and will definitely be returning

Had an excellent week staying here in September, Location great for the beach and local shops, restaurants, room lovely and clean, Staff could not do enough for Mum and I, Marco, Georges Andreas and everyone else, Mum cannot stop speaking about her great week, thank you so much, apologies if I misspelt any names

The hotel itself is lovely and in a great location, but sadly our experience was ruined by the noise and the way we were treated. We were first placed in Room 105, directly next to the bar — avoid this room at all costs. The noise was unbearable, with music blasting until 4am most nights. We were then moved to Room 104, but it was still very loud. The manager insisted music stopped at 1am, yet while it was turned down slightly, it always carried on until the early hours. At first the staff were welcoming, but once we complained their attitude completely changed. We were met with sly glances, muttered comments, and a clear feeling we were no longer welcome. This should have been a relaxing family holiday, but instead we came home drained and disappointed. Such a shame, because the hotel itself is in a great spot and could be wonderful if management and TUI addressed these serious problems.

I have just returned after a week in this little gem of a place. Every member of the staff go above and aboard to ensure your stay is a happy one. Room 103 at the back of the complex had a large terrace and noise from the bar was never a problem. These guys could teach some of the larger hotels a thing or two about customer service. Would definitely return.
