We booked this room in advance with the expectations of using the hot tub and pool. Not did Expedia's or Windham's website say the pool are was going to be under construction and not available during our visit. When entering the room we found the heat wasn't on and it was below 50* in the room and took over an hour to warm the room up. The head boards had a heavy layer of dust on them enough to write your name on them. Mirrors in bathroom and entryway had smudge marks on them.The clocks were still set on "spring" ahead time which tells me this room hasn't been looked at for quite some time. Disappointed, stayed at Windham in the past and didn't have this experience.

酒店回复: Hello David.Thank you for your feedback. Our Hot Tub is currently being resurfaced (which is done, just waiting on a couple parts to arrive to finish plumbing. Due to Thanksgiving, there was a shipment delay) and our Pool was just closed unexpectedly on 11/27 for a piping leak issue. We do anticipate being up and going sometime this upcoming week. Our rooms are cleaned daily, for the clocks, our housekeepers may have just missed adjusting the time. I do appreciate you letting us know about the headboard, I will be sure to speak with them about that. We hope to host you again sometime in the future, as our property will be FULLY renovated/remodeled by February!

Had a suite and the couch in the sitting area sagged so bad you couldn’t sit on it. You have to be sure to close the door all the way or it will stay partially open.

Our stay was quick and busy; we did not have time to enjoy the amenities of the hot tub and breakfast. The bed was very, very comfortable. Check in was simple.

Needs room services. Linens wasn't refreshed my entire stay and i had to take out the trash.

Staff were helpful. Breakfast was great with a variety of choices, including hot food. Microwave did not work, but we didn't realize it until the morning we were leaving. Fireplace in room did not work, either.

The beds looked already slept in
There was no fan in the bathroom
The vanity was not big enough to put any of your bathroom supplies
The windows were dirty, coming into the hotel the first thing you noticed was the dirty windows on the doors
The breakfast was minimal nothing special
The lobby is very small, the arms of the chairs were covered with dust, needed to be vacuumed
The bathroom floor was not clean
The pool was nice
The staff was nice
Convenient location near McDonalds, Subway, DQ, etc. within short walking distance

Clean room and a good breakfast! There is no elevator, so if stairs are an issue make sure to ask for a first floor room.

Husband and I were very impressed with our stay in Room 102. Handicapped accessible room had queen bed plus sofa bed. It was so spacious! Fireplace at foot of bed for winter season. Shower seat with hand held shower head. Even the soap smelled good! Impeccably clean room! Free breakfast was hot and yummy. Pancakes, eggs, sausage, fruit, pastries, toast, bagels, cereal, yogurt, coffee, hot teas. They had an indoor pool, but we were too weary from traveling to swim. Several restaurants were nearby for a late night bite. Quiet room with view of woods. We slept like babies! Front desk manned by two handsome young fellas who made us feel welcome. Would definitely recommend this place! Happy travels to all! 😊
