第二个房间有几级楼梯，又旧又臭，热水要很久才能热好，床垫又旧又破。我们要求换房间，但工作人员不友好地拒绝了，直到我们坚持，直到第二天下午5点左右才换！
3- 清洁人员和工作人员带着工具和推车乘坐普通电梯，导致延误，因为电梯似乎是唯一的电梯，很多客人因为长时间延误不得不爬楼梯。
4- 我儿子竟然被骗了，以为早餐是免费的！
4- 晚上9点后禁止在露台上逗留，晚上10点后禁止在休息区逗留。
5- 休息区太小了！最多只能容纳4人！
6- 没有关于该地区景点的信息或打印资料。
非常感谢热情的前台工作人员、艾莉亚 (Arya)、尤金 (Eugene) 和另一位我不记得名字的可爱女士，让短暂的住宿非常舒适和愉快 :)

多么别致的酒店，床铺舒适，装饰精美，周围环境宁静。现在，每当我们需要在该地区住宿时，这都是我们的首选酒店。我们很喜欢我们的住宿。
付了带阳台的房间费，却没有拿到带阳台的房间。浴缸里渗出一些脏东西。淋浴间的沐浴露喷出肥皂，里面有锈迹，因为分配器生锈了。
订带阳台的房间。在酒店的另一边，每天早上 4:30 到 5:00 之间，你都会被清扫车或垃圾车吵醒。
没有欧陆式早餐！
