The restaurant of the hotel is not interested in customers… lack of English and friendliness. We wanted to have a quick lunch at 14 hours and wanted to go to the Terrace, although it was not at all cleaned up. A few guests were- despite the look of the Terrace-sitting outside already. The way from the kitchen to the terrace is really not worth mentioning, but the waiter and also the reception did not even answer, why they did not accept us as guest on the terrace. Strange behaviour! They even did not excuse themselves all explain, why we were not welcome. Ob no interest in turnover.
