Poo options for breakfast. Not like any other Holiday Inn we’ve stayed to in. Booked room for 4 people, consistently left only two towels. Had to visit the front desk to get more each time.

Morning staff wad more pleasant and helpful. Regular continent breakfast. Overall clean, just found some linen balls on bed. Probably a texture issue rather than cleaness

The breakfast was a plus the area was quiet and not far from everything staff was very friendly and helpful only draw back was we paid for a room with a tub but wasnt ready and available at check so agreed to a shower rm.

No curtain in the room, therefore has streetlights shining in the room all night. Also 4 people in the room and we're given 2 bath towels.

这次我们对酒店里的动物感到非常失望。我们住在 218 房间，隔壁房间有一只狗狂吠了一个多小时。多么扰乱啊！然后，我们不明白为什么你们不向那些不想睡在动物呆过的地方的顾客提供房间。我们的地毯上有无法解释的污渍……狗造成的伤害？我们永远不会知道。如果酒店里没有动物，我们的住宿将会很棒，因为一切都符合我们的喜好。太糟糕了，因为不确定我们是否会回到那里睡觉。绝对不是这个！
