This location was perfect for our family gathering. Close to the airport. The shuttle was very helpful for our delayed flight. Staff were friendly and efficient. Hitel was clean and comfortable. The only problem during or stay wete loud guests checking in late and talking in the halls late at night and into the night.

The pool was closed the first night but open the rest. Staff was friendly and breakfast buffet was good.

I did not get to stay there because once I arrived they told me that they would not accept him my card. The same card that I reserved through ******* to reserve it that was a big inconvenience and next time you guys need to maybe put something on the web page that says that
