The room was clean, the staff were friendly. We had a great stay. Would prefer if there were meat available with breakfast but overall. Id say 4.7 out of 5

The location was great, the owners/workers were great but when we got into the room it wasn’t. The bed was clean but the couch they had was stained with something that we didn’t know what it was.

非常不专业的员工，你根本无法想象他们有多懒。我开了大约1000公里，在大雪纷飞、寒风凛冽的凌晨1点抵达酒店，令人惊讶的是前台竟然关门了。他们在前台门上贴了一张通知，上面写着两个电话号码，并提到如果需要任何服务请拨打这些号码。我连续不间断地打了将近一个小时，但两个号码都无人接听。我看到前台门外有一个“钥匙盒”！天哪！我找到了一把钥匙！但那是前台的钥匙。好吧！我试着打开门，最终进入了前台，然后反复按响前台铃。最后，员工终于被吵醒了，然后我才办完入住。这服务简直太糟糕了，员工懒惰透顶，极度不专业。有趣的是，当我进入房间后，又看到了那张通知！！！哎呀！学到了新东西：用过的纸巾最好放进口袋里收好。完全是一次糟糕透顶的经历，如果还有其他选择，我绝不推荐任何人预订这家酒店。祝大家好运。

由于机械故障，我们住了四晚。他们非常友好热情。我们不得不在最后一刻确认入住，尽管当时人很多，但我们还是顺利地住进了同一个房间。
