We have stayed at this property several times, and will continue to do so whenever we are in the area. Staff is always friendly, the rooms are clean, the surrounding area is safe and quiet. The location is convenient to our needs including proximity to visiting the local college, restaurants, shopping and more.

I expected much better from a hotel with Hilton in its name. When we checked in, the customer service was lackluster at best. It wasn't unpleasant, but it certainly wasn't cheerful. Upon arriving at our room, we were hit with an odor that neither of us could identify. My partner thought it smelled musty, while I thought it resembled body odor.
To make a long story short, we were so tired that we passed out and didn’t bother asking for a different room. We either got used to the smell or it dissipated. However, when we returned the next day after a family event, the odor hit us again. That’s when I figured out that the smell was a combination of body odor and smelly gym shoes.
The parking lot was full, and it was past 10:00 PM, so we decided to deal with it. Additionally, the shower stall was not very clean, as you can see in the picture, and the couch showed signs of wear. There was a missing iron and no ice bucket—these may seem like minor issues compared to everything else, but I figured I’d mention them. We had a reservation for four nights but left after just three because we didn’t want to continue dealing with the situation. I ended up going back home.
With all that said, other than the worn-out couch, the dirty shower pan, and the smell, everything else looked immaculate, including the hall, common areas, and the rest of the room.

The rooms were spacious and well appointed. Just what we were looking for.
Breakfast variety was very good!
If we go back to the area, this is where we will stay!

We stay here a few times a year and this stay was showing some concerning decline in service. There was mold growing on the AC unit. The coffee was watered down. Front desk staff were cold. Wondering if under new management and a little disappointed. The pool was drained too, so we were not able to use it. Overall a safe, clean and pleasant stay as usual.
