Got in late around 2 AM. Nate was incredibly welcoming and hospitable.

Room was clean, beds were nice.

Went downstairs around 8:50 for breakfast, started picking through cold food, then some lady came inside the breakfast nook and said “leave some for the crew!” Then proceeded to close one of the doors, and turn off the lights.

Not in my 10 years of travelling and seeing hundreds of different hotels, have I ever been greeted or been told that before.

Then she said “we’re hungry too!”

Normally if it was a playful encounter I would recognise this of course, but it was the way she said that and turned the lights off and closed the door.

I was in a handicap accessible room for hearing impaired which was requested. My client is deaf and we had a scary situation that is not being addressed as it should. I was woken up at about 4 am to hearing loud talking and I had my eye mask on I took it off to see a man staring at me and standing at the foot of my client bed and I also saw 2 other men the light was turned on by someone. I was in shock starting yelling and they left calmly out of my room. I panic as I called the front desk after about 6 rings no answer I call 911 on my cell phone. I learned as I am taking to 911 as the hotel phone was still ringing for the front desk that one of the men in my room was the hotel staff!! His explanation for them being in my room is bogus. I was told you will be refunded more needs to be done because this situation is suspicious.

Newer hotel, clean spacious room, good breakfast. Rated 4 stars because I specifically asked for room to be attended to (bed made, clean towels, coffee pods restocked) and nothing was done.

I was so excited to stay here. When we first walked in it was clean and Jakob was amazing that checked us in. We got to our room and it was musty and had a faint smell of poo. In the middle of the night the fire alarm went off so we had to evacuate, I guess this happened a couple weeks ago as well. Breakfast was ok, potatoes were cold. Coffee was great it was fresh brewed when you got it.

The check in was great and the common area was clean and updated. The hallway was really dirty. Our room looked like they didn’t clean the floor in the bathroom at all with lots of other people’s hairs all over the floor. The bathtub had mold, too. The mini fridge had not been cleaned at all and was full of spilled food. The beds were lacking especially the pull out mattress. Though the pillows were better than normal. Also the coffee at breakfast was ridiculous. It was out of a special machine that took forever and on the weekend there was a line. We were in a hurry and couldn’t wait to get any. I was really disappointed. There should have been a separate carafe for those that didn’t want to wait.

Overwhelmed staff, rooms not clean, thin walls. One person at check-in completely overwhelmed as rooms were being given out that already had people checked in or were not yet cleaned. Would never recommend this place.
