I was so excited to stay here. When we first walked in it was clean and Jakob was amazing that checked us in. We got to our room and it was musty and had a faint smell of poo. In the middle of the night the fire alarm went off so we had to evacuate, I guess this happened a couple weeks ago as well. Breakfast was ok, potatoes were cold. Coffee was great it was fresh brewed when you got it.

The check in was great and the common area was clean and updated. The hallway was really dirty. Our room looked like they didn’t clean the floor in the bathroom at all with lots of other people’s hairs all over the floor. The bathtub had mold, too. The mini fridge had not been cleaned at all and was full of spilled food. The beds were lacking especially the pull out mattress. Though the pillows were better than normal. Also the coffee at breakfast was ridiculous. It was out of a special machine that took forever and on the weekend there was a line. We were in a hurry and couldn’t wait to get any. I was really disappointed. There should have been a separate carafe for those that didn’t want to wait.

Overwhelmed staff, rooms not clean, thin walls. One person at check-in completely overwhelmed as rooms were being given out that already had people checked in or were not yet cleaned. Would never recommend this place.

Wouldn’t stay here again. Pool was dirty and smelly, our room wasn’t cleaned at all in the three days we were there - no fresh towels, trash not emptied. Wouldn’t reccomend.

Fantastic find

From the arrival to checking out, everything was fantastic! Breakfast area was clean and restocked all morning, good tasting, eating area was clean and kept up. Surrounding area was filled with food eateries, meijers next door for forgotten items, shops. Highly recommend this hotel. Staff was friendly, hotel very clean, room was large and comfortable.

Pretty nice. Would come back.

Only real complaint was they had a leak from the ice machine on our floor. The room was fine, but the hallway smelled musty & damp.
