Our holiday was a package holiday organised through LoveHolidays. Cazals is located about 3 hours drive from Bordeaux Airport and there was no transfer available with the package. So the remote location of Cazals is an issue to consider. Hameaux De Pomette is a small site. There is a Reception area, but opening hours are very limited. The accommodation was excellent. I would have like an oven in the kitchen but this is a minor item. The premises were clean and other than the oven issue, well equipped. However, the fee for bedlinen and towels was an unexpected expense. As was the cleaning fee. The person on duty has extremely limited English and whilst they made every effort in using a translator app, I found it difficult to make anything other than straightforward queries. So, if you have good French language skills, this is not an issue. If you do not, as is the case with me, you might find this frustrating. Also, the site is based on a hill. Not an issue for me, but definitely an issue for the rest of my family - our accommodation was based almost at the top of the hill. Again, this is more than likely something outside the control of those operating the site - with the minited size of the site, it would have been difficult to move us to a location closer to the bottom of the hill. Nonetheless, the fact that the site is based on a hill may be a factor to people with limited mobility. The site has a good sized swimming pool and we made a lot of use of it - definitely a very positive feature of the site. The site is located about 2km from Cazals, a small village which is an absolute pleasure to visit. The village has a reasonable sized supermarket, chemist, several restaurants and a regular market. As mentioned previously, Cazals is remote. If you have a car, dont mind a long drive from the airport and appreciate excellent countryside and lovely quaint French villages and you are looking for a nice relaxing holiday (and not looking for high octane thrills, clubbing etc), and you have good French language skills, this is an excellent holiday. My family enjoyed their stay. However, the constraints imposed by our package holiday (i.e. a very expensive and long transfer from Bordeaux Airport) and the language issues detracted from our holiday.

De passage juste pour un weekend, nous avons adoré ! La personne à l'accueil est formidable, elle nous a donné de très bonnes infos sur ce que l'on pouvait visiter etc ... le tout avec le sourire 😊. Le chalet était très propre et vraiment spacieux dans un très bel environnement. On recommande+++ .

Nous avons passé 2 nuits en famille (2 jeunes enfants) dans un mobilhome des hameaux de Pomette et nous sommes très contents. Nous avons réservé au dernier moment et le prix pour 2 nuits en plein été était raisonnable. L'accueil est, disons, "strict". Le premier échange est un peu froid et très axé sur les règles à respecter, les horaires, le ménage, etc. Mais, dépassé ça, nous avons bénéficié de très bons conseils sur la balade à faire le jour où nous étions sur place. Le mobilhome était propre et contient ce qu'il faut. Par contre, il n'a pas la clim ni de ventilateur. La piscine est grande, propre, très agréable. Il y a peu de transats, mais c'était à peu près suffisant quand nous sommes venus. Pour notre étape sur la route des vacances, c'était parfait ! et cela pourrait l'être pour plus longtemps.
家庭自然露营地，大约有 40 间小木屋，彼此相距较远，非常安静，因此很令人放松。你可以听到蟋蟀的歌声。在小木屋里，我看到了不少蝴蝶和木蜂（黑色）。我靠近马路，但这并不打扰我，因为路上车辆不多。睡觉时窗户是开着的。总体来说很干净。但要小心，小木屋里没有空调。我的房间遮阳很好，我们整天都关着空调，很凉爽。优点：有洗碗机。设备齐全。可能缺少切肉刀。接待处附近有洗衣设施、酒吧、乒乓球桌和羽毛球网。游泳池很大，不太深（最大 1m70）。对我来说，它缺少躺椅、遮阳伞或凉亭。我认为一个小型的儿童戏水池会是一个加分项，附近有厕所就更好了。对于住在营地后方的人来说，这有点令人不安（尤其是因为要爬一座小山）。周日晚上会有一辆餐车供应美味的披萨，周二则会有当地葡萄酒生产商的葡萄酒。营地对面有一条通往镇上的林荫小路，所以周日不用开车去市场。虽然离主要营地仍然有点远，但还是可以去的。感谢管理人员允许我多住两天，周一而不是周六离开。他们非常热情好客。这很棒，我得以在周日和住在附近的儿时玩伴以及前一天到的表兄弟们多待一天。或许可以改进的地方是：为清洁工准备一辆电动高尔夫球车，这样就不用再用她那辆老旧的私家车了（启动时有柴油味）。我一定会再来的，因为我真的很喜欢这个地方。👍
