Our first time staying here and we were so pleased that we did! Everything was perfect Plenty of everything and a little bit more. Even down to the garden and how many chairs and tables there were. Making it a very easy place to sit and take in the wonderful garden and relax

We were a couple travelling with 2 children ages 5 and 9. We booked the larger family room which had the 2nd separate bedroom off the conservatory which was a great space. I almost don't want to write a review due to wanting to keep this gem to ourselves. Its in such a beautiful location the rooms are well looked after and the views are simply stunning. The owner Jos clearly cares about guest experience and my girls loved her and the rest of the staff especially the dogs! From our room we got to watch the swans, ducks and horses. The room set up was fantastic for travelling with children for more than a night when having space for them to sleep means adults can sit, talk and watch TV etc. The location was perfect for us and really easy to find. My girls are already asking when we will be back. Loved pre ordering breakfast which was cooked to perfection and great options for everyone.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Our SECOND STAY at this delightful farmhouse. An excellent, quiet, scenic location for attractions around Frome and Longleat, with great views of the Longleat Estate. Relaxed, tranquil atmosphere from the moment after following the well signposted entrance to the car park. Farm is partnered with The White Hart pub 5 minutes down the road, and we had a beautiful meal there in the evening. If walking to pub in the dark wear something bright, and have a big torch, as there's no footpath, part of the way. We recommend the pies!! Meal booking was arranged at same time as room booking. All the staff, particularly Joss the Boss, Caitlynn and Amy are very friendly, super efficient, and very easy to chat with. Recieved a FREE ROOM UPGRADE as they were quite! Room was brilliant value, spotlessly clean, with all the modern amenities you'd expect of any big hotel chain room costing more. Separate bath and shower unit, double sinks and more in a large bright bathroom, Kingsize bed, TV and more. Glorious views of the surrounding countryside. Farm has a duck pond, geese, and other wildlife on site. But unlike other places we have stayed at, you do not get woken with a dawn chorus from birds. After a good night's sleep we had a magnificent cooked breakfast, with a choice of extras if wished, cereal, youghut, fresh fruit, fruit juices, etc that really sets you up for the day. Then adopted by the 2 most friendly dogs you could meet in the back garden who gave us a leisurely walk around the farm. WOULDN'T STAY ANYWHERE ELSE WHEN VISITING THE AREA!!!

Firstly, a very worthy mention to the tremendous friendliness and hospitality of all the staff, plus being in a very tranquil and scenic setting, (whilst not far to the town centre). A couple of negatives - we were disappointed, upon seeing our room, that the inside of the window frames were dirty and festooned with dead insects, (which we immediately felt compelled to clean ourselves). Also, the breakfast was okay and well-cooked, but overall a lot less extensive than the buffet you usually get in a hotel these days.

We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and tranquil getaway. The hospitality and friendliness of the staff were exceptional. It was such a pleasure meeting Joss — a truly kind and gentle soul — and her wonderful team, who made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Our room was quaint, cosy, and spotlessly clean, with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was amazing, with plenty of options to choose from. We especially enjoyed the full cooked breakfast along with the fresh fruit selection. We stayed for two nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and Joss and her team made it truly memorable. Thank you again for such a lovely experience. As Arnie would say — we’ll be back!

Lovely place, sad I couldn't stay longer. The was clean warm and had everything I wanted. Breakfast was good, warm welcome. Hope I will be passing by again.

Everything was great! The place was peaceful and calm. The room was clean and the staff were the most helpful and kind. Will definitely go back if headed to Frome again :)
