A true local pub that welcomes us foreign folk (lancashire) A good selection of beers , but for us on our second visit in 3 days ,it's the homemade food . Don't expect fine dinning or fancy waiters. What you do get is good service with a smile and good food at a great price . It's just like mother used to make ! I did ask to be adopted but apparently the lovely lady has a list ! It's our go to pub when we revisit the area .

Had a very comfortable stay in a peaceful and very well appointed room. The hotel is tastefully decorated and has a good carpark. Received a warm, friendly welcome on arrival by the proprietors and staff, who were very helpful. We enjoyed a delicious evening meal and a substantial, hearty breakfast. The hotel is about a 10minutes drive from the M6 J35 and is in the small village of Warton, Warton Crag is a pleasant walk nearby.

Good honest pub with accommodation and food
Stayed one night only. The room was comfortable. Even though the heating was not on due to it supposedly being summer, as the room was a little cold we were able to turn on an electric wall heater to take the chill off the room & a blow heater in the bathroom.
The quality and pricing of food and drink in the bar were excellent. The cooked breakfast was included, which was also delicious. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed just overnight. Owner welcomed us an carried my bag to the room. (Lovely touch.) Tea was very nice & we enjoyed the beer & the atmosphere of the pub. Really comfy bed & so peaceful. Full English Breakfast gave us a good start for the day. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

很喜欢这家酒吧。多年来我住过很多酒吧，但常常后悔，因为它们可能不受欢迎、肮脏或疲倦。不是这个；房间一尘不染、明亮，而且也大得出奇。超级舒服，床很大。干净、舒适的浴室，有很棒的淋浴。主人热情好客（当然是兰开夏郡风格的低调风格）。可爱的熟食早餐，美味的咖啡。真正的啤酒也很棒。非常感谢，我希望有更多这样的地方。
