The Showers didn't work, there were bed bugs, some of the doors didn't even shut, my bathroom door locked on me, and calling customer served ******! There were also had insane people live there, at 10PM my friends and I were playing Call of Duty and a guy with only a robe out shouted out " Hey Everyone, Shut The F Up". I had to freeze all of my belongings after that, they could of had lice!

Expidia canceled my room without even letting me know. the front desk was the one who told me that my room had been cancelled By Expidia. good thing theres more motels avalable never recommending Expidia to any one.

This place is the absolute worst.
Stained bedding and mattresses, unclean carpet (picked up garbage from the floor as we entered!) and bathroom vanity had someone’s whiskers by the disposable cups.
We’d made reservations online, and we had to cancel them and book through them because they weren’t able to access them.
No breakfast, even though advertising it was included on their website.
Our keys stopped working, and nobody was in the hotel at 7:30 AM to reissue keys.
I’m pretty sure someone is supposed to be on hand 24/7 for liability reasons.

Very basic hotel
This place was out of all supplies for the room, except toilet paper. No coffee maker, but coffee and cups were in the room.

non-existent staff, bedding was not changed, microwave so small that a paper plate wouldn't fit in it. Room was not cleaned during my four night stay.

The bathroom was very old tub and stained. We needed a cart to carry our luggage. we were given a laundry room cart. We asked for another blanket, was told to turn up the heat. the hotel gave a down filled blanket that was stained. Dont get me started on the bed. it wasnt a traditional mattress, i think it was foam. ugh!!!!
