Didn’t want to give me the room I reserved, took his time checking us in. Took about an hour to get checked in, would only give us one room key. Ice machine was broken, room wasn’t clean, wouldn’t give extra towels and wash clothes, sheets was stained.

Upon arrival, there were four police vehicles with lights flashing at the property! The doors on either side of the hotel were unsecured, where a key should be required to open the doors. There was a lot of sketchy "traffic" in & out of the side door by the pool while my 8-year-old son was swimming between 8:30-9:00 pm. I did not feel safe at all & continuously scanned my surroundings.
The rooms were old, musty-smelling, needed massive repairs, & there was mold in the bathroom. The smell made us sick by morning.
I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AND WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!!!!

It’s an older hotel so everything is old. They need new towels. The bedding is even old and didn’t match. Mold was under the Bay Area seating by the air conditioner. It’s definitely not a 4 star hotel.

Check in was 3pm. Got there at 3:30. The room we were assigned had not been cleaned and beds not made. Many rooms had doors open and not cleaned/beds not made. Ice machine inoperative.my room had coffee packets but no coffee maker. Shower had only hand held head. But there as no way to hang the head. No counter space in bathroom. Crusty and rusting tissue holder. Holes in wall where towel holder had been.

If I could give it a negative 5 stars I would. A stench of cigarette smoke hit me as soon as I opened the door despite the no smoking signs everywhere. I reported the smell to the owner and front desk person and they were very nonchalant about my complaint. The room and bathroom was dirty and the backing on curtains was torn. There was no microwave, refrigerator, iron or ironing board available. I had planned to stay overnight for an event. I changed for the event and immediately checked out. This place should be closed permanently!

It is an older property and in serious need of updating however it is clean. No air conditioning in the elevator or upstairs hallway. Room cooled ok.

It could use a good cleaning inside & out. First room was dirty & moldy. Mgr did get us another room. (4th one we viewed that wasn’t dirty & moldy.) We discovered AC wasn’t cooling when we got back from dinner. It was late so my hubby took cover off AC filthy so he cleaned the best he could & it cooled room off nicely. I wasn’t expecting a 5 star room just a clean one. We stayed here last Oct & Nov & it was a nice clean little hotel. It has really gone downhill since then. Which is sad. Hope they put a little elbow grease into it.

房间太脏了，枕套上有霉菌，地毯很脏，马桶上有头发等等。
