我们和家人一起住了两个晚上，中间在湖中的一个岛上住了一晚。酒店位置非常好，距离利马街（Rue de Lima）仅一箭之遥，位于一条相当安静的街道上。工作人员非常细心并提供优质的服务。我们发现我们的房间足够三个人住，而且装饰得很用心。唯一的缺点可能是在交通繁忙的情况下走廊会发出噪音，因为它会产生很大的共鸣。
We arrived at night, in a cold rainstorm, after a long bus ride from Chivay. We had asked for the hotel pick up but no one arrived. So, into the taxi foray. It was a bit of a hassle, but we did arrive, just slightly wet. The hotel had forgotten. It was all good after that. We stayed in the first night and ate in the restuarant. The food was very excellant. The rooms are a good size with a queen size bed and large bathroom with plenty of hot water. Free Wifi. As others have stated, it is only a block to the pedestrian walkway and the centre of town. So very easy to find everything. They have one of the best included breakfasts we had during our month long trip. Freshly made omeletts, plenty of hot coffe and fruit. Pretty much anything for any tastes. The staff were very helpful and did pay for our cab ride to the bus station when we left. One thing that was a little annoying. We prebooked and paid the internet rate, so were a little upset when another couple, who were on our bus ride, showed up and got a room next to us for a better rate then we paid I would still reccomend the hotel and would stay there again,but maybe haggle a bit. .

Small hotel close to the centre of town, our double room was small but adequate. There was a bath with a sliding shower screen on the side, it didn't completely cover the length of the bath but provided adequate cover so as not to flood the bathroom. Plenty of hot water. Hot water was provided in a flask to make tea, which was a nice touch missing in many hotels during our tour. There is a small lift, reception area reasonable size with a few settees to sit on. Reception was friendly and helpful. Breakfast served on the top floor consisting of buffet with a decent selection of itema and eggs cooked to order. The view is of building work surrounding the hotel.

Hotel in the city of Puno close to lake Titikaka. It is on walking distance to the main plaza, cathedral and main streets witj shops and restaurants. The hitel is clean and modern. Breakfast is extended and the absolute winner here is the staff. Very friendly and helpfull with information and with helping out with local tour operators. When you're in Puno, recommended!

Reception was very friendly and efficient. Lift. Laundry service. Room fine, however didn't have block out blind and was a bit noisy facing the street. We rigged up a blanket over the window to block out the light so we could sleep. Otherwise hotel was fine and a good location near main square.

感谢所有工作人员让我们在普诺的住宿如此愉快。我们喜欢暖气房间（我们即将进入冬季🥶）、随时可享用的热茶和一流的服务（早餐很完美）。如果您计划在普诺住一两晚，我们推荐这个住所。
现代酒店没有真正的魅力，但非常舒适，有电梯。特大号床，齐全的洗浴用品。房间里有热水瓶、茶、花草茶、古柯伴侣，非常感谢。非常好的早餐。请注意，部分房间临街，非常吵闹，所以请避开
房间不错，干净。酒店门前（路边）有点吵，地处中心，交通便利。酒店给我们送来了热水瓶，很不错，但很需要！早餐很丰盛，酒店所有区域都有不错的无线网络。大堂很漂亮，座椅很舒服。
