We generally do not rent out the breakfast area as there are rooms above it and can be disturbing to the guests that are in those rooms. I'm glad we were able to let you rent the area. However, our rates are generated through a live rate system that compares our prices to other similar facilities in the area. Due to Northfield hotels not being as highly populated during the week days, the rates will go down. Then the rates sometimes take a significant raise during weekends where the City becomes busier. 我到那里后,问了延迟退房的事,被告知早上打电话。然后给了我们房卡,但没有告诉我们房间在哪里。第二天早上打电话问延迟退房的事,被告知必须10分钟后再打过去才能知道。我还说房间里的电话坏了,他们只是说没问题。最后我还是去了楼下问延迟退房的事,他们说没问题。早餐很简单。
诺斯菲尔德:奶牛、大学、知足
这是小镇的座右铭,它和地理位置一样独特。我们去参观大学,却感觉自己走进了某种假象。
热水浴缸的清洁度看起来有点问题,但总体来说还不错。泳池很棒。酒店安静得可怕。我完全没听到大厅里有人。在泳池区看到一些人,在自助早餐时也看到几个人,但经常感觉很孤单。大堂里一个人也没有,总是得按服务台的铃才能找到人。这很有意思。
这不是我住过的最好的地方。
我们房间里的迷你冰箱里还有别人的食物,马桶座圈底部满是粪便。我注意到这些问题后确实通知了前台,但他们却不予理会,说我应该立刻通知他们……抱歉,作为女性,我通常不会掀起马桶座圈,我只是不小心掀了一下,然后才注意到这个问题。尽管如此,我觉得他们并不在意。早餐的几种食物已经吃完了,但工作人员非常不屑一顾,没有补充。我们一行人租了会议室,但他们只收100美元现金,这让人很不安。另一个问题是,我们的房间在走廊尽头,我们整晚都能听到通往大楼外面的门开关的声音,这让我们晚上睡不好。最后,外面吸烟者的烟雾似乎直接渗进了我们的房间,这也不太好。
很棒的住宿体验
不负众望。干净舒适。泳池看起来维护得很好。就是有点慢。周五晚上的价格涨了90美元左右。不过附近其他汽车旅馆也涨价了。一定会再次入住。
