This is a 2 star hotel masquerading as a 4 star hotel. The plumbing often doesn't work. The toilet does not function for several hours each day and there is no running water, so no ability to use the sink or the shower. There is almost no air conditioning. In the 104 degree F temperature of Nabeul, it is like staying inside an oven. I could not sleep. There is no lock on the room door and no safe inside the room. So no way to secure valuables like laptop, cash, passport, etc. The TV did not work properly. And the location is TERRIBLE. Nobeul is dirty and run down. To get anywhere interesting, you must take a taxi 20 minutes each way. In 30+ years of intensive traveling, this has been my single worst hotel experience.

It is unfair and untrue to suggest otherwise. Regarding your comments on our location, Nabeul is a vibrant and culturally rich destination that many of our guests have thoroughly enjoyed. While we cannot control your personal preferences, it is unfair to mislead others about the area's characteristics.
