Aldeia do Pontido is a great place to visit (and stay if you wish!!) and spend a day immersed in Nature! The surroundings are truly amazing, with trees, a river (Viizela), water mills and trails in an almost untouched natural environment. Then you have a small restaurant with some home-style food where you can rest and recharge your energy. This time we had the “Hake with Clams Rice” and “Grilled Beef with backed Potato”. While the first dish was ok, the star of the meal was the beef! Super tender and super yummy, grilled to perfection! Was an incredible day!!
