We chose a room with a patio, which was gorgeous and very spacious. Meticulously clean. The general decor is fairly dated, but that’s what should be expected from a hotel in Matejko Square- history. They allowed as an early check-in free of charge, which was very appreciated.

窗帘很脏，有斑点和灰尘，我感觉它从来没有被清洗过。
枕头闻起来像脏腿（因为这个原因，我睡觉时没有枕头）。
床单很脏，一个小时后，床单上全是微小的坏虫子，我全身发痒。需要消毒。2.00 时，我正想离开那个地方……
早餐：
两天前做的，早上冷冻和加热，水果也是一样……
想象一下皇家酒店的糟糕管理。

酒店位于市中心，非常靠近 Rynek。房间很宽敞，但看起来有点庸俗。浴室设有按摩浴缸，但应提供更多烘干毛巾的设施。工作人员有时似乎有点不知所措。抵达时等待，因为同时有 3 个人，显然需要 2 名接待员办理入住手续。换房间，因为没有双床房了。好消息是升级到公寓，我们被告知要带床单加床。提供了床单，但 10 分钟后，我们意识到我们必须展开床并自己动手（令人不快的是床垫上的羽绒被套）。夏天外面很热的时候要小心……酒店处于“供暖”模式，无法启动空调……窗户仍然要打开，临街时可能会很吵。汽车在摊铺机上行驶。还要注意停车位，除了日落之后，周边地区很难找到停车位......

房间非常宽敞舒适。前台的关注令人遗憾。除了没有双语员工之外（我认为所有员工都应该说英语作为基本要求）。唯一一位善良、懂点英语、乐于帮助解决问题的女人是阿加莎。正是它拯救了我的住宿。对于其他一切，我对接待员的关注和待遇感到非常不舒服。桑德拉（夜间接待员）很愿意，但她也无法解决我的要求。
周末研讨会
宏伟的酒店，工作人员非常热情，提供甜味/咸味早餐，+++ 房间，步行 20 分钟即可到达我的研讨会（Prezero Arena Gliwice）
