Exceeds all expectations! The hotel is beautiful, the food delicious and the service is astonishing. The owner Tarek takes personal oversight of all details. He is smart, charming and committed to making your visit special. A special thank you to Hamid. We needed a ride and he got us safely to Casa Blanca. When he noticed I had forgotten my coat in the car, he somehow managed to talk his way through security and find me in the airport to return the coat. An example of the culture of this hotel. No mater the effort, a full dedication to making the trip a pleasure. Quality is in the details, and Tarek manages every detail with skill and grace. Thank you!

Plus qu’un lieu d’hébergement, il s’agit d’une expérience pour profiter en couple, entre amis ou se perdre dans l’âme de ce lieu apaisant. Au rendez vous: restaurant de qualité, hamam, propreté de la chambre et attendez vous à un personnel discret mais au petit soins pour ses clients. Une équipe de choc, encadré par l’adorable Mehdi ✨
令人遗憾的是，这家摩洛哥传统庭院旅馆（Riad）的入口竟然是一个四轮摩托车维修车间……初见这家旅馆，其建筑风格确实宏伟壮观，然而餐厅的服务却亟待改进，因为我们点的餐食和早餐都顺序混乱（而且晚上9点竟然没有甜点）；另一个不足之处是管理人员，他们在我们抵达当天热情友好，但在我们离开当天却态度极其恶劣……这家Riad旅馆缺乏灵魂，服务质量也令人失望。
地理位置绝佳，环境无可挑剔。然而，接待服务却令人失望。房东对法国游客态度冷淡。屋内没有像样的暖气，只有一个便携式电暖器，结果跳闸了三次。这实在可惜，因为这地方潜力巨大，但房东的态度无疑破坏了整体体验。
