Company that ran the valet business should be fired they tried to rip me off make me pay for parking the day I was checking out. They said that’s a different day. I had paid $40 plus tips for these people the day before they still had the nerve to ask me for more money that they shouldn’t have asked. Also the property had a ridiculous policy , they wanted to make me pay $100 for taking pictures using my own photographer for wedding occasion despite the fact that I had an event booked for 40 people on the premises and I had a room booked. They friendly honoured me to waive the $100 but it’s still ridiculous policy that use no common sense putting on the staff to force this ridiculous policy. I tried to be nice in this survey it could’ve been worse so fix these problems to get better rating. I spent about $2000 for few hours u deserved much better treat.

The room was clean and the sea view is great. The resorts is very big and you can access alot of facilities throughout you stay. The location is 20 mins away from beirut. I recommend choosing this hotel if you are looking for a stay at the beach. s

度假村美轮美奂，服务一流，员工热情友好。地理位置优越，完美展现了黎巴嫩的迷人风光。我们入住的是海景套房，房间简直棒极了，强烈推荐！
唯一的不足是泳池周围苍蝇有点多，沙滩也略显脏乱，有一些烟头和塑料垃圾。如果维护得更好，绝对可以打满分！除此之外，一切都完美无瑕！黎巴嫩是个令人向往的地方，而这家度假村更是令人惊艳。
谨防诈骗！！我们打电话询问新婚夫妇两晚的价格，他们明确表示两晚150美元，而且我有录音为证。结果到了酒店之后，他们却改口说价格涨到了300美元。千万不要预订这家酒店！
湖泊需要进行适当的翻新，亟需维护。

糟糕的体验。我在酒店主餐厅吃了顿简单的早餐，座位空空荡荡的。我点了一杯简单的卡布奇诺，得到的回答是“妈呀，机器坏了”。五星级酒店居然没有卡布奇诺，真是无语！而且环境脏乱不堪，一点都不干净。首先，停车费5美元，还行；然后入场费20美元，但你却不能进入酒店的私人泳池。所谓的VIP，真是名副其实！没有毛巾，没有饮料吧，什么都没有。他们粗鲁地请你离开，你又得再付10美元才能进去。酒店前台服务很不专业，真的需要改进，需要更好的员工，更懂如何与客人沟通。然后你去了主泳池，真是太糟糕了！你坐在躺椅上，上面到处都是飞虫，床垫脏得要命，一点都不干净。泳池里有虫子和绿色的海藻，真是让人作呕。我都不想提厕所了，进去之后就再也出不来了，简直让人恶心。一小瓶水就要2美元。哎，你花同样的钱就能买到12包了，3anjad，我给那地方6个月的时间，绝对不是五星好评，连一星都不是，你以为人们都是**吗？

我在度假村度过了一段美好的时光！员工非常友好，设施一流，地理位置也绝佳。我强烈推荐这里，绝对是放松身心、享受假期的理想之选。度假村距离首都贝鲁特也很近，所以您还可以去那里品尝一些很棒的餐厅。
这家酒店很漂亮，拥有绝佳的地中海美景，员工态度和服务也无可挑剔。但另一方面，这是我住过的唯一一家在付费早餐中还要额外收费的咖啡酒店，而且早餐本身也一般（不算特别好）。他们说提供停车位，但到了之后才发现停车费竟然要5美元一天！如果他们在网站上提前说明，我倒是不介意支付停车费（但这次我觉得自己被骗了）。
