I literally spent only one night there (arrived at 11:00pm and left at 7:30am). The customer service is very good, they are very attentive. The location is terrible, even though they provide a map to get there once you book, the taxi driver had to ring them to ask for directions as he couldn't find it. Is in a kind of ghetto in Bogota, I have to say I was a bit scared. I was also cold during the night as I had not enough covers in the bed. 10 min cab ride from the airport though.

It seems that the Hotel wanted to place the blame back on me with my not-so-great experience. What they failed to include is the fact that after repeated attempts to communicate with them about changes in my schedule, they neglected to respond for a total of five days - you heard me: FIVE days. Naturally, before boarding my flight I cancelled my reservation and looked into other arrangements for the night. When they did finally get back to me, I was in the air on my way to Bogota and obviously unable to get the message until I landed. At this point they had already given my room to someone else. I only agreed to stay take the alternative room at that point in order to avoid charges for cancelling the same day as my reservation. B

The plsce is hard to find, it took the taxi driver a few detours to find it. Its in a residential area and no decent restaurant nearby, or at least ghe one was closed. Othrrwise just fast food. Service ok and frindly. Sleeping ok. Airport noise not to bad.

值得多花几块钱去别处看看。从一开始,接待我的态度就很差。网络一开始根本用不了。床特别不舒服,而且他们还因为比退房时间晚了15分钟而要多收一天的费用。
我一生中最糟糕的经历,业主非常专横,对客户态度恶劣,最终价格不是他们第一次接触时提供的价格,他们没有清洁人员,业主应该全身心投入到其他事情上家里的管家,不知道怎么跟客人打交道,先生们,附近有价格更好质量更高的客栈,服务周到,待遇优厚,不要上船,不要犯错,避免被一切都意味着度过一个不愉快的时刻。
