该房源位于格雷尔 (Glenelg) 的优越位置，距离码头路 (Jetty Road) 和所有设施仅 2 个街区。免费开放式停车场，而且价格绝对实惠。房间很干净，床很舒服。另一方面，浴室则完全不同。 70年代风格的浴缸淋浴、油漆浴室瓷砖和维护当然不是优先事项。油漆剥落，水龙头漏水，颗粒层压台面裂开、碎裂，从墙上脱落。但一分钱一分货，只是缺乏简单的维护，令人失望。工作人员非常令人愉快并且非常愿意在任何情况下提供帮助。但他们只是在这里工作。
我们朝北的房间总体来说很干净，但由于日晒褪色造成地毯严重损坏。没吸尘？每个房间都没有烤面包机，如果你幸运的话，你在办理入住时会得到烤面包机。服务非常好。马路对面就是公园和酒吧。
