非常棒的入住体验,酒店位置优越,离二条城夏日灯光秀非常近,离超市便利店也很近,房间是传统日式,但宽敞明亮,服务很好,早餐很美味,推荐
非常拉垮的一次酒店体验!真的是一来一个不吱声!我和朋友在国庆期间订这个酒店本着价钱都不便宜,不如找个好的酒店体验高质量的服务同时还可以体验日本民居,价格高点也OK。这个酒店标榜自己是高端酒店,也就是说为客户提供优质服务才是核心,才对得起这个价格,但是从服务到硬件真的是啥也不是,首先工作人员英语拉垮到,我和我朋友最后甚至放弃询问和沟通,业务相当不熟练,我们在询问一些付费项目或者是其他免费项目时,先是压根就听不懂,我们虽然不是英语母语,但好歹是老留子了,自认为说的是没啥问题,其次就是听懂了但是完全是一问三不知,说要去问,等了很久浪费很多时间最后也没有解答明白。第二点,空气净化器上都是灰,屋子里有股子隐隐约约的狐臭味儿。只有一瓶大冰水,想多要一瓶水需要在固定时间之前告知,过时不候(还不见得听得懂)!抠搜的要死。第三,早饭难吃无敌,真的差点吐出来,因为他们本身没厨房,一个服务小哥带这个黑手套端出来一堆感觉现用微波炉热了下的食物,真的是作孽,这破早饭还要4000日元。最后的最后,我和我朋友走的时候这酒店送了个家用香薰,我朋友询问说因为我们不是个family group所以一个不太好分,所以可不可以给再多给一个,老流程,先去问,然后等,然后说,一个人只能有一个,想要的话要额外买,按人头收费,东西只给一个,咱们也不是真的贪这个香薰,就是觉得作为高档酒店,是不是也要在设计这个gift的时候考虑一下送出的方式?最后我朋友很温柔的建议说,希望他们可以重新改进一下gift的机制,好样的,又没听懂!总之是,能不住这种花里胡哨的酒店就不别住,还是连锁高端靠谱。
比较像日式家庭旅馆 环境比较温馨 就是旅馆比较小 硬件设置有些简陋 不像这个价位的酒店应有的配置 也没有洗衣服务
早餐的烤蔬菜和烤鱼很有意思 牛排也很好吃 可以选择自己想要的熟度
用早餐的时候和帮忙烤蔬菜的工作人员说很喜欢日本的白味增 想买一些带回去 工作人员竟然记到心里了 还特意找了白味增的食谱给我们 心里感觉暖暖的 弥补了硬件设施的不足

房间本身是典型的日式简约风格,非常干净。我们上下卧室的陡峭楼梯有点费劲,而且没有扶手,更添麻烦。请确保您的体格足够强壮,即使在地板上吃饭和睡觉也无妨。我们西方人的体格需要适应这一点。总的来说,这是一个非常棒的体验,地理位置非常安静。
