Cable signal didn’t work for tv and took 30+ minutes to get new room. chicken chef was convenient restaurant. No continental breakfast as is customary with majority of other accommodations.

Thought things might have changed for the brand, but found that the company is still cheap in everything they do. Stopped going to Travelodges for years now because of the poor quality. Will not return. Plus, if you want people to actually use your water slides and such, at least have them open for 9am for the late arrivals.

Initially we were given the incorrect room….wrong bed configuration and should have had an outside door. It was corrected though. We were told it was overbooked.

I called at 6:30pm to tell them to let them know we'd be checking in late. Around 9pm, we arrived on site and were given a room with one bed and a sofa. We were supposed to get 2x queen beds, as there are four of us in the reservation. The lady at the front desk made us wait, while she texted management. Finally, she gave us keys to a room that was being held for guests yet to check in. It had 2x queen beds. Not sure why they didn't give us what we'd booked right from the start, but I was tired and didn't want to argue. Should have had the right room from the start.
There were dead bugs on the bathroom floor and the hotel itself needs renovations badly. Carpets and walls are old, faded, and worn.

酒店回复: I apologize your stay did not go as planned. Due to the Redcross evacuees when they extended we ended up with overbookings and had to shuffle some people around to accommodate everyones bookings. We know this could be upsetting as we upgraded you into a king room.

The room itself was great, with bunkbeds the kids could sleep in and a bed for the parents. The pool and pool area left A LOT to be desired and is in big need of a cleanup and glow-up. The pool area was dark and wasn't clean. The "gym" was filled with old air conditioners and boxes with no gym equipment at all.
