Parking once I found it was good! I arrived late at night so it was a little scary but all was good. Bottled water on the room would be good. Once morning hit I saw it was a good central location for going out and dinning options.

Parking in the multi storey was just around the corner and ok. The suite was clean and comfortable and the hotel is in a central downtown location.

We enjoyed our stay. I have two comments. One is regards to the height of the bed. It was a bit difficult to get into bed as I am short. It would have been nice to have a foot stool to make it easier to get in and out of bed. The other comment is regarding the bathtub. Despite having slip stripes on the bottom of the bathtub, I found it still slippery. I would suggest adding a bar to have more stability while taking a shower.

The hotel and the room were great, but the check-in person we dealt with was rude, dismissive, flat out unhelpful. She seemed almost frustrated with us that we arrived for our stay. A man sitting at the bar was offered more direction and helpful information than the employee. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The streets outside were crowded with open air drug use, overflowing garbage cans, and crowds of homeless blocking doors and stairs. Dining in the area offers plenty of choices. We had a few good meals. Parking on Saturday night was free, as we parked our car on the street until 9 and then moved it into the city lot.

The room was very nice it was like an apartment, there wasn’t any hand soap and sponges to wash dishes if staying for a long time. You can park on the street if you can find parking or park in the garage where you do have to pay for. The hotel and restaurant are separate with separate entrances which is nice and felt safe. The only way to get in is by talking to the host in the restaurant. You don’t really talk to staff or see any staff

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a very nice kitchen. It had no windows. Check-in was easy and friendly, but it was odd having no staff on site after the bar closed. The location is central and convenient.
