First visit and I was enchanted. It is located in charming downtown Guelph, 5 minute walk from the train station. Very well appointed rooms. I had a one bedroom suite with LVR, eating area, kitchenette with full size stove and fridge. It would be suitable for long stays. However, there are no elevators so not suitable for those with mobility issues. The one drawback was the TV remote which I could not set to regular cable TV: these should be simplified as models change from one hotel to another and it is annoying to waste so much time trying to figure out how it works. Definitely not a deal breaker just annoying. I would 100% recommend and return myself.

Hotel was fantastic. It is a bit odd dealing with a front desk located in a bar, but they make it work. Only downside is that youd better be prepared to climb stairs. The building is old and well maintained, but it doesn’t have an elevator

Room was clean. Lots of extras. Including Kleenex, paper towels. Even a kettle. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. Close to the downtown area. Enjoyed our stay.
