Gas station hotel. Slowly updating rooms. D-Day weekend sold out so if you wanted to change rooms you may not be able to. Staff is great. They do not come daily to clean/ make the bed/ change towels unless you request it. The a/c works well but the rooms felt ‘wet’, the carpet felt wet. Too much moisture in the room. Not sure how to fix that.

I’m going to start with the only positive thing I can say about this entire stay, the assignment desk manager, Zach, is a rockstar. His pleasant manner, quick response to our problems, and calm demeanor kept us from going nuclear over the many horrid situations here. This hotel is NOT ADA compliant. When I made my reservation through the hotel, they asked if the second floor was ok. What they failed to tell me was that they didn’t have an elevator. You can imagine my surprise when I arrive and asked where the elevator was. The staff was less than helpful. They responded with a smirk saying, “This is an old hotel, they didn’t think of putting one in.” As I advised them of my medical conditions that preclude me from using stairs, without batting an eye, I was told, “I would have to take that up with the third party officials who I booked the two rooms from.” They were shocked to learn I directly booked it from them. At that point they began looking for a first floor room. The initial first floor room they put us into was for customers who reserved room with pets. The smell was akin to sleeping in an uncleaned litter box if your cat was a 2 pack a day smoker. My wife requested to sleep in the car. I gave them one more opportunity. They “shuffled” rooms and moved me into another customer’s room who hadn’t checked in yet. (I don’t want to know how that worked out.). The room was somewhat clean, albeit small with the bathroom so tiny that only one person can fit at a time. Inside the tub were brown stains reminiscent of blood from the movie “Psycho”. The water pressure was adequate but not to the Wyndham quality I expected. All around the tub are stains, dirts and cobwebs. The bathroom floor was sticky. My wife took water from the sink, splashed it on the floor and mopped the floor, removing the thick grime that was on it. On the mirror there is a small sticker that reads, “Towels will only be changed once every 3 days to save water.” The towels are thread and after 24 hours are still as wet as the moment you finished drying with them. Finally, I found out after day two of staying there that you have to REQUEST room service! The reason for this is because the staff is afraid they might disturb the guest. I asked, “Why doesn’t the guest put up a Do No Disturb” sign?” Not all rooms have them. Really Wyndham? Are times that bad? Overall this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my 45 years of worldwide traveling. I chose it because of the Wyndham name. I am truly disappointed.

We booked this hotel and it was the most vile dirty room I’ve ever stepped foot in . The smell was overpowering and I wanted to throw up . There is mold Everywhere!! The bathroom had dirt all over it. So we went to the front desk got a refund and drove 20 mins to Erie PA lots of nice hotels there . PLEASE don’t subject children to this place .

Very comfortable and clean room. Easy to locate and very quiet after a long day. Couldn't ask for nicer check in staff. Would definitely stay here again. Offering quick breakfast which is nice feature so we didn't have to run around looking for breakfast. Also, highly recommend Sparkys restaurant in Conneaut for supper!!

Room keys do not work. Room is worn out and dirty. Would not recommend. Took front desk 5 sets of keys and 3 rooms before he could get me into a room. Check in took 40 minutes. I was only guest at hotel on a Saturday night, had an empty, creepy vibe. Bad experience overall.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it did not meet basic standards. The room had a strong, unpleasant odor, and the carpet was visibly stained. The bathroom was outdated and, worse, not clean. We ended up using our own sleeping bags, as we didn’t feel comfortable sleeping in the provided bedding. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to others until improvements are made

This hotel is clean and comfortable and in a good location. It is quiet and there is lots of parking. Beds are good and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast is very good for a variety of cold offerings with a toaster and microwave. The breakfast area is large and very clean. I stay here often and will continue to do so.

The room had stains on the carpet, a desk chair that the leather was coming off and really needed to be throw out. The bathroom was so small, dirty, and the walls weren't clean. The main door to the building that you need to use a card to get into was open all night, broke.
