Thursday 12 February 2026 From the moment I enquired about a place to stay, I was helped in a friendly and profesional manner. We were received very kindly and immediately felt at home. The rooms are beautifully clean and well equipped. The grounds are well maintained and the breakfast was delicious and fresh. The owners really go out of their way to make their guests feel at home. We will definitely stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at A Cherry Lane. It was close to where we needed to be everyday. Our hosts, Nita and Cassie were very friendly. The rooms were neat and the air conditioning was an added bonus during our hot stay. We ended our stay with a delicious breakfast in the lovely decorated dining room. We'll definitely be back!

It was my second stay and it met all my expectations. The room, linen and bathroom is clean, fresh and well maintained. The property is comfortably close to the highway, but far enough that it is tranquil and quiet.

We really enjoyed our stay! The unit was so clean and spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The WiFi was fast and it was the perfect location to get back onto the road early the next morning. It was dark when we arrived but when we went outside the next morning we discovered how beautiful and pristinely green the lawn and garden is. The pool area looked very inviting. We would definitely stay there again if we ever pass through.

What a great privilege to be able to spend the night at A Cherry Lane Self Catering and B&B just in front of Bloemfontein. I drove from George in the late afternoon to Mpumalanga, where I spent the night. At Colesberg, I contacted Nita and asked if they served evening dinner and I could order a cooked meal. I was very kindly welcomed by Nita, we went to show where I was sleeping and then I went to the dining room to eat my delicious meal. I ordered a food package for the next morning because I fell into the road again early. Thank you to Nita and her husband for eating there, sleeping very well, and for the delicious breakfast package. I recommend A Cherry Lane Guest House and B&B with a joy in my heart, beautiful, clean, and pleasant people there. Thank you very much 👏🏻🤗💐Regards, Janet
