The reception staff was nice and helpful and the room is very clean. For the price it was excellent.

Motor Inn that has seen better days
The Thunderbird Motor Inn is old and shows it. Bathtub tax dripped, vanity taps were loose, cleaning was superficial, security minimal. Motel is also in an area where there are many homeless people. They caused no problem for us but it wasn’t a comfortable area to walk. Staff were very helpful and responsive, but there wasn’t much they could do. After we left, my wife discovered her cell phone was missing and we went back to the Motel to see if it had been left there. Staff were very helpful to us as we searched (unsuccessfully) for the phone. We later found it packed in a suitcase (oops) but want to thank the staff (office and cleaning) who helped us look for it.
房间很旧，家具也有些旧。由于年代久远，房间里有股味道。我订的是一张特大床，花了100加元，所以我觉得物有所值。

跟我预想的不太一样。之所以住在这里，是因为邓肯的酒店选择太少。我们入住三天期间，他们竟然不给我们换干净的毛巾。房间里有异味，电视也坏了。我也不喜欢街上流浪汉的营地。这是我大学以来住过的最差的酒店。照片比房间好看。
我们的床单很脏，散发着令人作呕的霉味，浴缸脏兮兮的，周围有一圈棕色的痕迹，踢脚板上满是脏兮兮的鼻屎，昆虫到处爬，沙发床下满是灰尘和碎屑，电视机坏了，街上噪音很大。
